Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Vid Drops, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Vid Drops service

Vid Drops provides creator workflow tools, including customised feeds, saved links, Video Planner boards, and notifications. The service is designed to help you organise ideas and content for your own creator workflow.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and for ensuring that anyone using it follows these terms.

Your content and source material

You may only upload, save, import, edit, publish, or otherwise use material that you own, control, or are authorised to use. You remain solely responsible for your content, the sources you select, and the way you use or share any output created with Vid Drops.

Third-party websites, platforms, and rights holders may have their own terms, rules, and restrictions. A link, preview, or availability through Vid Drops does not grant you a licence or permission to use the underlying material.

Platform connections

Some features analyze public information from third-party platforms, such as recent public YouTube titles and visible performance counts. This does not grant access to or control over the analyzed account. Your use of those insights remains subject to our Privacy Policy, the relevant platform's terms, and the rights of creators and other third parties.

Automated features

Vid Drops may provide creative, editing, language-filtering, search, or AI-assisted tools. These features can help your workflow, but you are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on, publishing, or distributing them. Availability and results may vary by source, device, plan, region, and content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vid Drops for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity; to interfere with the security or operation of the service; to bypass access controls or technical limits; or to infringe another person's rights. We may suspend or end access where use violates these terms, creates risk for the service or others, or is required by law.

Plans, availability, and changes

Plan features, limits, and pricing are shown in the product or at checkout. We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features as Vid Drops develops. Where a material change affects an active paid plan, we will provide notice when required.

Subscriptions, credits and cancellation

The Free account does not require a credit card. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices, included credits, feed limits and any applicable taxes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Unlimited feeds does not mean unlimited credits or processing.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using Manage plan in your account. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact info@viddrops.com if you cannot access billing management.

Included monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Free credits reset each calendar month. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire. Credits are service usage units, not money or a transferable cash balance.

Discovery and cleaning share your credit balance. Cleaning costs 50 credits per started minute, with the required amount shown before processing. Reviewing results already loaded and downloading an already-cleaned version do not incur another processing charge. Results and the number of available matches are not guaranteed.

Refunds and processing failures

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments and credit top-ups are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for a change of mind, unused credits or an unused portion of a billing period. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services. Purchasing or using credits does not by itself waive those rights.

If a processing job fails, its reserved usage credits are released or restored according to the job status. Restoring usage credits is different from refunding a payment to your card. If you believe a charge is incorrect, purchased credits are missing or a failed job has not restored its credits, contact info@viddrops.com with the relevant order or job details. We will review requests, including any rights that apply to your purchase.

Disclaimers and liability

Vid Drops is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every source, feature, integration, or output will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular purpose. Vid Drops does not provide legal, copyright, tax, or platform-policy advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vid Drops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Updates to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Vid Drops after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
